BIOS setup
Initial system setting on shipment can be changed by the BIOS
setup menu. The BIOS setup can be performed regardless of
presence or absence of the operating system. Values entered by the
BIOS setup are written in the CMOS and the flash memory, and
reset values come into effect when the server is restarted. Those
values are used as the reference for execution of the POST.
If the entered values and actual hardware do not correspond to
each other, an error message appears after the POST is complete.
If this error occurs, change the setting by executing setup
operation.
