CONTROLS AND FEATURES
Sound controls
Volume
Press
2+ or 2– to adjust the volume.
Sound Mute
Press once to turn the sound off and again to cancel.
If a programme or film is being broadcast with a
soundtrack in more than one language, the Dual feature
allows selection between them.
a Press and B / b to highlight Sound icon.
b Press c and B / b to select Dual and press c and
B / b to choose between Dual 1 or Dual 2.
a In the Sound menu, press B / b to select
Balance and press
C / c to emphasize left and
right speaker balance.
a In the Sound menu, press B / b to select Bass or
Treble.
b Press C / c to change the setting.
Audyssey TV Mounting feature can provide an
appropriate sound depending on the TV installation type,
that TV is installed on a wall or a TV table.
a In the Sound menu, press B / b to select
Audyssey Premium Television and press OK.
b Press B / b to select TV Mounting.
c Press c and B / b to select Wall or Table.
Audyssey Dynamic Volume
®
controls volume levels to
eliminate loud spikes and raise soft dialog for more
enjoyable television and movie viewing.
a In the Sound menu, press B / b to select
Audyssey Premium Television and press OK.
b Press B / b to select Dynamic Volume.
c Press c and B / b to select Day, Night or Off.
Audyssey ABX™ technology uses sophisticated driver
analysis and low frequency monitoring to extend the range
and bass of small speakers. This enables the system to
produce lower frequencies that would be possible with a
traditional system of the same size.
a In the Sound menu, press B / b to select
Audyssey Premium Television and press OK.
b Press B / b to select Audyssey ABX.
c Press c and B / b to select the desired
Audyssey ABX level (Low, High or Off).
This feature allows control of audio compression for some
digital TV programmes (MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 audio
programmes are not supported).
a In the Sound menu, press B / b to select
Dynamic Range Control.
b Press c and B / b to select On or Off.
