This chapter explains how to access the Network Camera through web browsers, RTSP players

and 3GPP-compatible mobile devices.

Using Web Browsers

Use Installation Wizard to access the Network Cameras on the LAN.

If your network environment is not a LAN, follow these steps to access the Network Camera:

1. Launch your web browser (Microsoft

Internet Explorer).

2. Enter the IP address of the Network Camera in the address ﬁeld. Press Enter.

3. The live video will be displayed in your web browser.

4. If it is the ﬁrst time installing the network camera, an information bar will pop up as shown

below. Follow the instructions to install the required plug-in on your computer.

► By default, the Network Camera is not password-protected. To prevent unauthorized access,

it is highly recommended to set a password for the Network Camera.
